Deepening my Tikanga/Te Ao Māori Learning 

During my Part Two I went on a Maōri Tikanga Course through work with a cohort of 20 senior client leaders in our business. This was taught onsite with a Te Wananga o Aotearoa tutor. The aim of the course was to gain an understanding of some of the core elements te Ao Māori - namely the pepeha, pōwhiri process and relevant Māori values. The course was ten weeks long and included two noho marae/overnight marae stays where we were immersed into the life on the maraes and learned more about Māori culture.
